Marketing & Business Communications Projects

"I procured Clearly Written Solutions to write the verbiage for my website; www.bkjenterprise.com. They did a great job of writing a lot of content for the website. Clearly Written Solution's differentiators are professionalism, experience and their expertise."

BKJ Enterprise

BKJ Enterpise, a Management Consulting firm, was introduced to CWS as a referral from a former client. Their need was simple, "Make sure the message, mission, services, expertise and management experience for this new enterprise was all-inclusive, understandable, clear and concise." The company had three (3) primary areas of expertise (Strategic Planning, Program Management and Client/Vendor Management) of which clear communication, as it related to overall industry and product knowledge, were key and essential to the project's success. With that direct charge, CWS got to work and produced the needed and necessary verbiage for the new enterprise in record time and on budget. The first draft of the new verbiage was created in approximately 3-4 days with the final approval being given in about 7-10.

The Engineers' Group

A referral to CWS from a non-profit that was focused on small busines development, The Engineers' Group, Inc. came to the comapny with a big need in a (no surprise here) very tight window. The company wanted to pursue a contract with a Fortune 50 company to handle all of their IT Staffing needs. The good news was that the company had many years of experience doing what it was proposing, but the bad news was they had very little on paper in the way of documentation; formal documentation. CWS was introduced to them as a solutions provider for what they needed, an unsolicited business proposal to this Fortune 50 company.

As time was already a factor, CWS immediately scheduled a face-2-face with company leadership to not only ascertain the extent of their industry knowledge, expertise and depth, but to also gain a better understanding of the project. Upon completion of this lenghty meeting (2-3 hours), CWS got to work and produced the needed documentation just in time for the company to submit its proposal for review and acceptance. As usual, and always under budget, CWS completed the first draft of the document in 2-3 weeks with the final being produced and delivered in 4.5/5 weeks. We had 6 weeks to compelte the entire project.
