Mr. Jones, a 22 year veteran of the United States Army came to CWS with a time sensitive request for a resume. Normally not a big deal to produce; however, this project was a bit challenging. Mr. Jones had recently retired from the Army, had 22 years of experience...across multiple fields of discipline, in multiple climates/environments, under multiple working conditions (combat and peace), in multiple countries...and had to compile and re-present this experience in non-military language for a civilian audience. And to add a little fuel to the fire, Mr. Jones had an opportunity to pursue a perfect fit for what he desired to do after his military career..., but needed a resume that reflected his ability to perform this job flawlessly. Needless to say, the pressure was on! We were able to review, assess, familiarize, (A LOT of military jargon/acronyms to learn and explain), organize and create Mr. Jones' new resume in a methodical, timely and budget conscious fashion. CWS took care of the project in record time! We took 22 years of exprience from 6-8 pages of information and created a resume that Mr. Jones was extremely proud of and worked to his advantage in a very big way.
